R (Ray) Tang, MSc

Hi, I'm Ray, and I come from Chongqing, China. I obtained my MSc degree from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2026. During my master's, I focused on intelligent food processing using AI and machine learning to optimize food manufacturing processes. Starting in 2026, I will be working on my PhD project titled "AI-Supported Development of Processing Strategies for Sustainable Keratin-Based Materials". My research aims to combine artificial intelligence with materials science to design efficient processing routes, thereby developing high-performance and sustainable protein-based materials as alternatives to conventional synthetic products.
