My passion is to give science and innovation a powerful voice in the public debate.

I lived in Brazil for eight years, mostly acting as a liaison in the fields of science, technology and innovation for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy . When I returned to the Netherlands, I further immersed myself in politics and communication as a Public Affairs Consultant at an agency. My study background also lies in this field. At the WUR, my experience in the Dutch international innovation policy perfectly matches with my knowledge of public affairs and reputation management.
