RJ (Jonda) Neisyafitri

Jondais a full-time PhD Candidate in the Food Quality and Design Group at Wageningen University & Research, the Netherlands. She holds a BSc in Agroindustrial Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia, where her undergraduate research on logistics cost structures for sustainable potato supply chains sparked her interest in food supply chain management. She later earned an MSc in Agroindustrial Technology Management from Kasetsart University, Thailand, specialising in supply chain optimisation and efficiency improvement within the agroindustrial sector.

Since 2021, Jonda has served as a Junior Lecturer in the Department of Agroindustrial Technology at UGM, combining teaching with research on sustainable food systems. Her current PhD research, supervised by Dr Pieternel A. Luning and Dr A. Selcen Semercioz Oduncuoglu, focuses on developing techno-managerial approaches to reduce quality deterioration and post-harvest losses in mango supply chains, supporting the transition towards more sustainable and resilient food supply networks.
