I focus on using underwater acoustics techniques to understand and measure the abundance and distribution of fish and zooplankton. I try to generate insights into the spatial patterns and behaviors of these marine organisms. I utilize opportunistic platforms such as commercial fishing vessels, which provide valuable and otherwise unavailable information. Additionally, I actively participate in dedicated acoustic surveys and scientific expeditions for understanding of marine ecosystems and to contribute to the development of sustainable fisheries management practices.
