I am an experienced horticultural professional with a strong background in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), plant nutrition, and data-driven root zone management and fertigation. In my role as Researcher and Project Leader, I connect science and industry into project consortia that drive innovation in line with governmental policies and current market challenges. My work is focus on leading research trials that act as a bases to scale up technical solutions in practical innovations for growers and the greenhouse sector. I dedicate a minor part of my time to professional education as a teacher of Fertilisation Management for the Summer School Greenhouse Horticulture and the Masterclass Soilless Culture organised by CE WUR.
