Enthusiastic Biotechnologist and Food Engineer with a solid background in bioprocessing. Currently working as a PhD Candidate to develop a multiproduct biorefinery of seaweed using green solvents. I have acquired experience in R&D within the food and brewing industry and, I dived into the fascinating algal biotechnology world. I am strongly convinced I can contribute to finding and developing more sustainable technologies to produce food and biomaterials that meet the current necessities of the world.
