X (Xiaoqing) Wang

Hi, I’m Xiaoqing Wang from China. I earned my BSc and MSc degrees in Food Science and Engineering from Nanjing Agricultural University (NJAU), where I focused on food soft matter and interfacial chemistry. In October 2026, I began my PhD in Physical Chemistry and Soft Matter at Wageningen University & Research (WUR). My research focuses on water-in-water Pickering emulsions and their potential as stimuli-responsive materials. I’m interested in how to design these all-aqueous systems for applications such as 4D printing, biomimetic cell constructs, and soft robotics.
