Biography

Biography

My research interests lie at the intersection of food nutrition, dietary intervention, and human disease prevention, with a particular focus on cardiovascular health. I am especially fascinated by how dietary components shape the gut microbiota and its metabolic output, and how these microbe-host interactions influence the development and progression of long-term chronic diseases. By elucidating the mechanisms through which specific nutrients modulate the gut ecosystem and its bioactive metabolites, I aim to identify novel dietary strategies that could prevent or mitigate chronic conditions, ultimately contributing to more targeted and effective nutritional interventions for improving heart health and beyond.
