Y (Yuqing) Zhong

Yuqing is a fulltime PhD student from China. She got her MSc in Jiangnan University, majoring in Food Engineering.

She starts her PhD at the Food Quality and Design group, and her project is about ß-casein and casein micelle, the aim of this research is to investigate the effects of additional ß-CN in bovine milk on the structure and behavior of casein micelles, the project is supervised by Prof. Dr. ir. Kasper Hettinga and Dr. ir. Etske Bijl.
