Biography
I am a Food Science Engineer and PhD researcher working on sustainable food systems, with a focus on the valorisation of food by products. My research explores how agro food side streams can be transformed into functional materials for various applications corrently focusing on sustainable packaging through fermentation and bioprocess to obtain bioplastic.
My background combines food science, bioprocessing, and quality control, with experience in product development and applied research. I am interested in bridging fundamental science with practical solutions that improve resource efficiency and support more sustainable and resilient food systems.
