FIFO study: The effect of leisure activities on mood and long-term well-being

In daily life, people engage in a variety of leisure activities, such as mentally engaging tasks and relaxing activities. These activities may influence how people feel in the moment and may also contribute to their overall well-being over time. The aim of this study is to investigate how different leisure activities influence mood and well-being.
What's in it for you?
A financial compensation of €49 for participating in the entire study.
Three movies with free snacks.
What do we ask from you?
We expect you to join four sessions. Sessions 1-3 are each about 60 minutes long, and session 4 lasts about 90 minutes. During these sessions, you will do leisure activities such as puzzles, drawing, watching TV and short readings and some questionnaires about your mood and well-being.
When and where?
The study will be conducted in Helix, WUR building. Four test sessions will take
place in the late afternoon at 5:00pm in Feb, Mar and Apr in Helix, WUR
building.

1. Filling in the screening questionnaire via the link below.
2. Participating in 4 test sessions in Helix, WUR building.
