Our scholarship funds give students from diverse backgrounds the chance to study at Wageningen University & Research or to pursue extracurricular career opportunities, such as professional sports.
Paul Speijer Fund
The Paul Speijer Fund offers African students the opportunity to follow the Master Plant Sciences at Wageningen University. The fund prefers students currently employed at a local research institute working on food crops.
Anne van den Ban Fund
The Anne van den Ban Fund allows promising students from developing countries to follow an education at Wageningen University & Research.
Dairy Science & Technology Fellowship
The Dairy Science & Technology (DST) Fellowship supports students in pursuing the DST-specialisation, which focuses on milk and its transformation into milk products.
Nico Buisman Fund
The Nico Buisman Fund is aimed at promoting education and research in environmental technology.
Pavlos Condellis Fund
The fund provides the Pavlos Condellis Scholarship for Greek students who aim to support the development of agriculture in Greece, with a focus on precision farming and solutions for a climate-resilient agriculture. Preference is given to students admitted to the MSc Programmes Biosystems Engineering, Climate studies and International Land- and Water Management.
Support Indonesian students with the Gijsbert Oomen Fund
The Gijsbert Oomen Fund aims to allow students from Indonesia to attend a MSc-study at Wageningen University & Research.
Support students from Afrika with the Future Animal Nutrition Africa Fund (FANA)
The Future Animal Nutrition Africa Fund (FANA) gives African students the opportunity to acquire knowledge in Wageningen in the field of animal nutrition. After their graduation the students contribute with their new knowledge about animal nutrition to the development of their country.
