Pascal is working as a Postdoctoral researcher and teacher at the Animal Breeding and Genetics group. His research is focused around the use of data on crossbred animals for genomic prediction. In addition, he investigates if non-additive genetic variance is important, or can be exploited. Next to his responsibilities as a researcher, Pascal is involved in discussion groups for BSc and MSc students, and in teaching courses related to animal breeding.
