Visualization of Complex Data

Simply viewing the data to see what it ‘looks like’ is an important part of most biological analyses, but with the rapidly growing data volumes this is becoming more and more difficult to do.

Integrating different datasets leads to even more complex pictures, creating an opportunity for new visualization solutions that can deal with large volumes of data.

We are looking for ways to better visualize large quantities of hetergenous data (DNA, proteind, metabolites, phenotypes, etc.)

Required skills: some programming experience, creativity
