If you organized an internship or thesis abroad in one of the Erasmus+ countries, we may be able to provide you with an Erasmus+ grant. You can apply both for (compulsory/voluntary) internship/thesis and internship after graduation.
Unfortunately we cannot help you with arranging an internship or thesis.
- The internship coordinator of your study field (check the website of the chair groups for contact information)
- Your study advisor
- Moreover AIESEC offers internships (and volunteering) abroad to students
The countries in the Erasmus+ program are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey & United Kingdom.
NOTE: Switzerland is not in the Erasmus+ program.
For internship: you can apply for the Erasmus+ grant for internship/thesis if you meet the requirements.
- Your thesis is at a non-partner university or institution or at a partner university where you are not registered as a student: you can apply for the Erasmus+ Internship/thesis grant.
Please ask the Erasmus administrators about the best suitable grant.
Next to the Erasmus+ grant and the Wageningen travel allowance (you automatically appply for the travel allowance when you apply for Erasmus+), you can check the grant finder on www.wilweg.nl for other possibilities.
Grant application: internship/thesis (BSc, MSc & PhD)
If you are going outside the EU for your internship/thesis, the exchange office unfortunately does not provide scholarships.
You can check the grant finder on www.wilweg.nl for other possibilities.
