This page provides details of the rates charged by Wageningen Bioveterinary Research (WBVR) to test for animal diseases, how to pay by direct debit, and the diagnostics acceptance policy.
The list below provides full details of test rates, how to provide samples, and lead times.
Pooling samples for testing
Samples can be tested individually or they can be pooled. The rate list indicates which tests offer pooling. The pooled system uses a sliding scale similar to that of individual sample testing. When samples are provided for pooled testing, the pooled rate will apply regardless of the number of samples in that pool. For example, if a maximum of 5 samples can be pooled, it doesn’t matter if you send in 3 or 5 samples. The same pooled rate will apply.
