Dung beetle

In short

Curious about the beetle everyone suddenly seems to be talking about? Wondering what there is to see at Impulse?

In a short and inspiring talk, artist Helmie van de Riet will take you into her visual work and the surprising story of the dung beetle. What exactly does this creature do? Why does it play such an important role? And how does that connect to our environment?

Art and science have gone hand in hand for centuries, and it is precisely in that meeting that new ways of seeing emerge.

Come listen, look around and ask your questions. You may find that afterwards you see not only my work, but also the world around you just a little differently.
