Manage your (study) stress in an effective way

Stress is part of life. It makes us run for our life when in physical danger, and it gives you that extra bit of energy to cram for your exams. However, chronic stress can cause problems. This training course is built around questions like: What do we mean with stress? What causes stress? How to deal with these causes? How to deal with your stress?

You will work on recognising negative, self-undermining thoughts and how to think more constructively. Additionally, you will learn how to make use of your qualities, set priorities and to apply relaxation techniques.

The goal is to offer you insights and tools that can help you managing your (study) stress in an effective way.
