Diploma documents

To be able to upload the documents of your master’s degree in Hora Finita you need to make two documents:

• Combine the bachelor's degree (and official English translation when required).
• Combine the master’s degree documents (and official English translation when required).

Reduce the file size of the scans if the complete set of scans exceeds 10 MB (passport excluded).

Passport

A passport must be valid for at least 3 more months after submission of your registration in Hora Finita. We recommend to certify the scan of the passport with the date, purpose and name of organization for which the scan is intended. Note that this text may not overlap with the text or photos in the passport.

Certificate of proficiency in the English language

Please first check on our Admission requirements page whether you need to submit an internationally recognized certificate of English language proficiency.

If a certificate is required please note the following:

• The list of accepted tests and minimum score requirements are reviewed and updated once per year. New requirements are published on this page on 1 October.
• To avoid unexpected changes, the previous year’s requirements will remain valid alongside the new requirements for PhD projects starting before 1 October of the following year.

Test scores must be achieved in one single test session. Results from IELTS, TOEFL en PTE expire after 24 months. Your test must therefore be taken within 24 months before the official start date of your PhD project.

You can find detailed information about the different tests on the official websites of TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, LanguageCert and Cambridge. You can also register for a test directly through these websites.

We advise booking your test well in advance, as test sessions fill up quickly and results may take time to be released.
