RADD forest disturbance alerts now available for South America

We expanded the RADD forest disturbance alerts to South America (13 countries) and now have pan-tropical coverage.

We use Sentinel-1’s cloud-penetrating radar to detect new forest disturbance in near real-time for a total of 44 tropical countries across South America, Africa and insular Southeast Asia.
