I obtained my BSc and MSc degree in Food Technology at Wageningen Univeristy. During my masters, I specialised in the field of food digestion & health. Currently I am working at Food Quality & Design as a research and education assistant. Within this function I support courses, supervise thesis students, assist in performing experiments and am part of the internship coordination team for food sciences.
