RH (Rozemarijn) ter Horst MSc
PromovendusRozemarijn worked as a lecturer and PhD researcher at the Water Resources Management group at Wageningen University from October 2020 to January 2025. She defends her PhD on 'Of Models and men: unravelling the influence of water models and exploring how to engage' on the 4th of April.
Rozemarijn researches how technologies, including models and innovations are shaped by, and in turn shape, policy processes related to shared waters. Her work focuses specifically on everyday practices of those who do transboundary water governance, and how they are influenced and engage with geopolitics.
Before her work with Wageningen University, Rozemarijn has worked at IHE Delft on water diplomacy, and remains affiliated as Guest Researcher Transboundary Water Governance.
