PromovendusBachelors at UNAM, Mexico at the faculty of veterinary medicine. I worked with the identification and recombination of immunodominant protins of Bovine viral diarrhoea viris in mexican cattle.
For mY MSC I was part of the joint proggramme "European Masters in Animal Breeding and Genetics", I studied the first year at Göttingen University, Germany, and the secosn year at SLU, Sweden. My master thesis was tittled "Assessing the benefits from joining the International beef cattle genetic evaluation (Interbeef) at SLU’s Interbull Centre" assesing the international model for weaning weight in Estonian cattle.
Currently, I am a PhD cadidate working as part of IMAGEN project with the genetic evaluation of behaviour in laying hens using video phenotyped data.
