As a Microsoft365 administrator, you want to support the users of WUR as optimally as possible in their collaboration and mutual communication via the Microsoft365 platform. As a Microsoft/Office 365 specialist, you will work in a multidisciplinary team of eleven colleagues on the further development of the services in all parts of Microsoft365. You support users in the optimal use of MS Office365. In this position, you will continue to grow at the intersection of technical and functional administrator, where you will further specialize in parts of the platform, such as teams, exchange, power platform, etc.

What will you do?

• You and your team are responsible for operational management and optimization of our Microsoft365 environment, used daily by more than 20,000 students and employees.
• You support the users in our organization in optimal use of Microsoft365 (2nd and 3rd line support).
• You will work closely with, among others, our skilled service desk and the Identity and Access team for optimal support and design of the platform.
• You will further specialize in the intersection of technical and functional management.
• You contribute to the renewal of the platform and the use/adoption within WUR.
• Together with other operations teams, you know how to create an optimal User Experience for the workplaces and the identity & access services.

• A course at HBO level or demonstrable HBO level (assessment can be part of the procedure).
• Extensive experience in supporting and managing Microsoft365 products in a medium-sized enterprise organization.
• Knowledge of or affinity with the Power Platform.
• Drive to develop further in the short term as a manager at the intersection of technical and functional management.
• You are certified or will certify in the first year in two areas within Microsoft365.
• You easily take initiative.
• Knowledge of ITIL and agile working.
• You have a good command of Dutch verbally and in writing.

You can easily communicate with users and fellow administrators and can switch from technical language to a language that everyone understands.

In our international working environment, communication is increasingly in English. For this position, it concerns language level B2. If you do not yet have this level, we will of course help you and you can contact our language center Wageningen in'to Language

Depending on your experience, we offer a competitive salary of a minimum of € 3,482 to a maximum of € 5,478 for a full working week of 36 hours according to the Collective Labor Agreement Wageningen Research (scale 9-10). An appointment of 32 hours is negotiable for this role.

When it comes to your contract, we initially offer a one-year contract with the intention of converting it to an indefinite contract. Of course we are happy to talk to you if you have any questions about this.
