Big data voor WOT: chemometrie, bioinformatica, data-analyse en mining van data
Dit project heeft tot doel om een overzicht te geven van de mogelijkheden en voordelen van Big Data analytics voor de veiligheidsbeoordeling van voedselproducten.
De kracht van Big Data zal worden gedemonstreerd in twee case studies: (i) multi-omics benaderingen om de toxiciteit van hormoonontregelende stoffen te bestuderen, (ii) ontwikkelen van methoden om risico’s in de melkketen te kunnen voorspellen.
