Cheryl van Adrichem is a Lecturer and PhD Candidate in the Cultural Geography Group. Her main  interest and focus are the politics of climate change, in particular the factors that obstruct climate action. In her current PhD project, she studies the underlying power dynamics and dominant discourses that shape how tourism responds to the climate change mitigation challenges posed by its carbon-intensive nature.
