dr. CMM (Kristel) Polhuis

Kristel Polhuis is a researcher and lecturer at the chair group Health and Society, social sciences. Her research applies a salutogenic perspective to enable healthful and sustainable eating practices. Kristel holds a MSc in Nutrition and Health, and a PhD in Health Promotion, obtained at Wageningen University.
