My interest lies with protein: from plant, to mycoprotein, microbial biomass and precision fermentaion proteins. I am involved and lead projects ranging from process optimization to ingredient functionality and application in food products such dairy and meat alternatives.

I am driven to contribute to the Protein transition and to improving the quality of new sources of protein and delivering sustainable and tasty food products.
