Biografie

Alireza Alerasoul holds a Ph.D. in Management, Finance, and Accounting, and has earned the additional title of Doctor Europaeus from the Italian University of Cattaneo (LIUC). With a foundation in industrial management and engineering, he continued to expand his educational journey, obtaining a master's degree in Executive MBA and later achieving a master's degree in business management from the Faculty of Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome, where he graduated with top honours (110/110 cum laude).

Leveraging his interdisciplinary background and international experience, including a visiting research position at the University of Bayreuth in Germany, Alireza demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach to scientific inquiry and research. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of research methodologies, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative methods, including literature review, network analysis, survey-based empirical studies, case studies, and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). His primary research focus centres on sustainable business and organisational transformations, specifically emphasising strategy, business models, entrepreneurial innovation, and organisational learning & development. His commitment to advancing the field is evident through his contributions to international peer-reviewed journals, such as the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, HRM Review, European Journal of Innovation Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Accounting in Europe, and Journal of Small Business Strategy.
