Biografie
Els obtained both her BSc and MSc in Food Technology at Wageningen University. After graduation, she started working as a researcher at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Here she carried out research projects for the food industry, mainly focusing on sustainability and protein transition. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at the Food Quality & Design group, continuing her research on plant proteins.
