Biografie
Eline is a PhD candidate at the Environmental Policy group (ENP) and Consumption and Healthy Lifestyles group (CHL) with an interdisciplinary background. She holds a BA in Philosophy and an MSc in Global Challenges for Sustainability, specialising in food system transformation. Her central focus is the future of food consumption in the Netherlands. She aims to combine the concepts of affluence, normalisation and transformation through exploring food practices. Her research is part of two projects: the NWA project 'Transition to a Sustainable Food System' and the EU4Advice project.
