Ghalia Nassar is a multidisciplinary social science researcher. Holds a MSc in Sustainable Food Systems and a BSc in Food Science. Currently working in consumer research exploring consumer behaviour and acceptance of various topics including sustainable and healthy food consumption, protein transition, circular textile, and bio-based products and services.

Interested in sustainable (de)consumption, waste aversion, dietary shifts, and food justice.
