Biografie

I am a PhD candidate at the Health and Society Group of Wageningen University & Research, focusing on coordination in multi-level governance of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Indonesia. My work explores how different sectors and levels—health, agriculture, and environment—coordinate and how this unfolds in practice.

Before transitioning into research and development, I built my career in the corporate sector over several years, working in public relations, marketing communication, and training management across multinational companies. This experience continues to shape my approach to stakeholder engagement and policy communication.

With over five years of experience as a development practitioner and research consultant, I have worked across government institutions, international organizations, and local communities. My work spans from high-level policy discussions to field-based research with farmers and smallholder groups, reflecting my strong interest in bridging national strategies with ground-level realities.

I hold a master’s degree in international development from Wageningen University & Research and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Universitas Indonesia. I am particularly interested in how communication and coordination—or the lack of them—shape outcomes in One Health systems.

Outside of my research, I am passionate about mentoring community initiatives and supporting literacy and numeracy programs for children who lack access to education in remote and underserved areas of Indonesia.
