Scientist Biobased Products - Expertise Group of Chain Design and System Analysis

I am an experienced researcher with PhD cum laude in Chemical Engineering. My research focus is sustainability assessment of products (e.g. chemicals, fuels and plastics) produced from biomass. I have expertise in life cycle analysis and techno-economic assessment. I work on several national, EU and international projects on the topic of biorefineries, biobased products and new conversion technologies from biomass. My research results are used to provide science based evidence and recommendation to support policy makers and companies in transitioning towards a circular, biobased economy.
