JL (Julie) Miltenburg, MSc

Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Life Sciences and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Food Quality and Design group. Her research focuses on the effect of processing on digestion and immunogenicity of milk proteins.
