I am an Infectious Disease Epidemiologist working at Wageningen University. My work is aimed at unraveling the complexities of vector-mediated arbovirus transmission using data-driven statistical and mathematical modeling approaches, and translating these gained insights towards pragmatic tools for public health authorities. I have a special interest for disease transmission at the human-animal interface.
