R (Rajeev) Rajeev Ramesh, MSc

I am a PhD candidate jointly affiliated with the Food Quality and Design and Laborotary of biophysics chair groups. My research focuses on understanding the formation of food structures during extrusion of novel protein sources using advanced MRI techniques. I have a background in food science, with a particular focus on rheology and interfacial behaviour, as well as industrial experience in the field of refining edible oils.
