RJ (Jonda) Neisyafitri
Biografie
Rendayu Jonda Neisyafitri, is a PhD candidate in Food Quality and Design chair group. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agroindustrial Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, where her passion for the food supply chain was sparked through her undergraduate research on logistics cost structures for sustainable supply chains, specifically in potato commodities.
Eager to deepen her expertise, Jonda pursued a Master's degree in Agroindustrial Technology Management at Kasetsart University, Thailand. Her graduate studies expanded her knowledge of the agroindustrial sector, focusing on advanced strategies for optimizing supply chains and improving efficiency within the food industry.
Since 2021, Jonda has been serving as a junior lecturer in the Department of Agroindustrial Technology at Universitas Gadjah Mada, where she shares her expertise with students while continuing to pursue research in her field. Her academic journey now continues at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands, where she is embarking on a PhD under the guidance of Dr. Pieternel A. Luning and Dr. A. Selcen Semercioz Oduncuoglu. Her research focuses on a techno-managerial approach to mitigate the quality issues and postharvest losses in mango for the transition into a sustainable supply chain network.
