During my PhD I have conducted multiple research projects about preadolescents' healthy food and beverage choices, particularly in school settings. By exploring factors such as motivation, parental rules and food environments, my research aims to gain more insight into individual and environmental factors that influence healthier choices among preadolescents. My PhD is part of the Edulia project.
