S (Shujuan) Xing

Shujuan Xing is a PhD candidate focusing on fish nutrition and extrusion processing technology. Before starting her PhD, she obtained BSc degree and MSc degree from Ocean University of China (MSc. Aquaculture Nutrition and feeds).
