TJ (Tossa) Harding, MSc

Tossa works as Learning Design advisor at Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation at Wageningen University & Research. She has a background in environmental systems analysis and a social sciences, and focuses on the role of learning in systems transformation. Her interests lie in systems thinking and improving the relationship between people and nature as a way to solve the complex issues the world faces today. She believes in the power of education in building capacities for sustainable development and transformative action. For this reason Tossa has been involved with the development of online courses in different capacities. She sees online education as a means to empower people to contribute to a positive change in the world.
