Taylor's PhD research focuses on the postharvest supply chain of fresh fruits and vegetables, combining multiparameter sensing with shelf life modeling to better understand and predict quality loss from farm to retail. Through close collaboration with industry partners, she translates commercial supply chain data into actionable insights under the public-private partnership project LWV22018 Smart (Straw)berry Chain.
