VTA (Trang Anh) Nguyen, MSc

I acquired both my bachelors and masters degree in Food Technology at the Wageningen University. During my masters, I specialized in the field of Sustainable Food Process Engineering. I am passionate about sustainability, process optimization and human development. Currently, I am working at Food Quality & Design group as teacher. Within this function, I teach in courses, supervise thesis students and and develop new educational material.
