Biografie
Xuan Yang is a full-time PhD candidate in the group Food Quality and Design. She achieved her BSc in Jiangnan University and MSc in China Agricultural University.
Her project is about designing of food matrices with oleaginous microorganisms, under the supervision of Prof. Vincenzo Fogliano and Dr. Maryia Mishyna.
