Wageningen University participates in the exchange program of the European Union (Erasmus+). Based on this program you can visit a large number of in the programme countries. Next to this, you can apply for a for both as well as for doing an (compusory or voluntary) in the programme countries (both during your studies ánd after graduation).
Once you are back in Wageningen after an Erasmus+ exchange the student administration will integrate the grades you obtained abroad in the Dutch system. Because within the European Union a system was agreed upon, this is an easy procedure.
Wageningen University also has exchange agreements with non-EU universities, but exchange to these countries is not part of the Erasmus+ programme (and no grant or travel allowance is provided by through the ). Other options for studying abroad can be found .
