On Tuesday 7 April, Impulse on Wageningen Campus will open a commemoration exhibition featuring five banners about the theft of the Wageningen population register during the Second World War, in which two Wageningen students were involved.
The exhibition offers a preview of the full presentation that will be on display in the Grote Kerk in Wageningen on 4 May 2026.
The banners share personal stories of citizens and students and show how they experienced the war. The exhibition reflects on their choices, courage and resilience, and on the impact of war on student life in Wageningen.
More information about the commemoration exhibition can be found via the website of Wageningen45 (in Dutch).
Impulse is open on weekdays between 8.00 and 18.00 hrs. The exhibition can be visited until Friday 24 April.
