Short bio / information about the act: Our name De Trekvogels (The Migratory Birds) refers to the fact that two of us came here from far away to live safely and freely as new Dutch citizens. Making music together is, for us, a way of speaking in a shared language that crosses the boundaries of continents and cultures. We draw inspiration from each other’s music and look for a new interplay using the different timbres and possibilities of our instruments.

About the lunch concerts
Every Tuesday from 12:30 to 13:30 we invite you to enjoy a lunch concert or performance on Wageningen Campus: a moment to come together, relax, and be inspired by live music or dance.
The lunch concerts are meaningful because they:
- connect – students, staff, and visitors meet in an informal setting
- surprise – each week features a different artist and genre
- celebrate diversity – both professional performers and students share the stage
- energize – a performance in the middle of the day brings inspiration and a fresh perspective
This creates a varied series where no week is the same.
