Join us for a preview of the fifth edition of Rhinegold Festival, a chamber music festival in Wageningen where young musicians perform major works from the classical music repertoire.
During this lunchconcert two of the Rhinegold festival musicians, Caspar Horsch and Michel Xie, will give you a sneak preview of what to expect during the festival. They will perform works for violin and piano by Boulanger, Debussy and Schumann.
Whether you love classical music, are simply curious, or have never been to a classical concert before: you are very welcome! We believe classical music is for everyone. We hope to see you at the Lunchconcert, or during the festival itself!

About the lunch concerts
Every Tuesday from 12:30 to 13:30 we invite you to enjoy a lunch concert or performance on Wageningen Campus: a moment to come together, relax, and be inspired by live music or dance.
The lunch concerts are meaningful because they:
- connect – students, staff, and visitors meet in an informal setting
- surprise – each week features a different artist and genre celebrate
- diversity – both professional performers and students share the stage
- energize – a performance in the middle of the day brings inspiration and a fresh perspective
This creates a varied series where no week is the same.
