Career fair booth options

All participating organisations will have a booth at the career fair. We arrange tables and tablecloths, WiFi and electricity if needed. You can opt for:

Interview options

You can also opt for orientation interviews 1 on 1 with students/graduates for free. You will receive CV’s of interested students in advance, to be able to make your own selection and planning with the participants. We will arrange you a separate room for interviews, which you can use all day.

Registration

With the Career Day, Wageningen University & Research supports all its students in finding a job or an internship. To ensure a diverse variety of employers in different working fields, we will make a selection of participating employers based on the registrations. All employers (except for recruitment agencies) in the field of life sciences are welcome to apply for participation. You will be informed about the acceptation of your registration at the beginning of June 2023.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified to Wageningen University & Research in writing. All cancellations made 4 weeks prior to 18 October 2023, will be subject to 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 4 weeks before the event will be subject to 100% of the registration fee.

Recruitment agencies

The aim of the WUR Career Day is to provide a platform for employers and students to meet each other. With regard to the Career Day, we do not offer any services to recruitment agencies.
