Things to keep in mind

For WUR online courses, you must enroll via OSIRIS. After you enrolled, you get access to the Brightspace environment with all the information to get you started. For courses offered by partner universities, you can enrol by filling in the application form. Do keep the following in mind:

  • Make sure that you know what is expected from you (workload, required prior knowledge, assessment) and that you are committed to the course.
  • The online course must be approved by the Examination board in order to receive credits for it, so contact your study adviser before you register for the course.
  • Credits can only be obtained on completion of the online course and on successful final assessment.
  • The number of places available for each of the online courses is limited.

Most courses offered by Wageningen University & Research can be followed at any time of the year. Please be aware that you have to register for these courses via OSIRIS and that for many courses, the exam is scheduled during one of the examination periods. More detailed information is provided on the course Osiris page or the Brightspace page.
